Weare now seeking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient services on a full time or part time basis. You will be receiving a £22,500 recruitment and retention premia*, which willbe paid over 3 years on top of your salary and a relocation package up to£8000**

Main duties of the job

1. Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to our patients and carers
The post holder will be required to work in partnership at both strategicand operational levels with relevant and external stakeholders. The post holder will need to ensure thatpeople who use services, carers and advocates are treated with respect anddignity
Provide excellentclinical leadership and actively develop your team along with expert advice toour hospital and community specialists, managers and directors on what isneeded to deliver excellent care and future strategic directions.
TheConsultant has a continuing responsibility for the care of patients and for theproper functioning of the department. The consultant will liaise with theGeneral Practitioners, hospital and community specialists and other agencieswherever relevant.
