Multi-site role regular travel required

Overview

Were recruiting an experienced Regional Driver Development Coach to support driver safety, compliance and performance across multiple UK depots.

This is a hands-on, site-based role working directly with HGV drivers and operational teams, delivering training, inductions and post-incident support across a diverse fleet.

Key Duties

* Deliver driver inductions, refresher and mode training
* Support recruitment with driver assessments
* Reassess and retrain drivers following incidents
* Maintain training and competence records (Express Class)
* Review driving performance data and support behavioural improvements

Requirements

1. Minimum3 years HGV driving experience
2. Class 1 (C+E) licence, DCPC & Digital Tacho
