Marketing & Social Media Manager
As the Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will support the promotion and growth of HB Tunnelling through digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and business development support. The role will help strengthen HB Tunnelling’s presence within the tunnelling and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
* Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website content.
* Create engaging marketing content including:
* Case studies
* Project updates
* Brochures
* Presentations
* Recruitment campaigns
* Press releases
* Support photography, drone footage, and video content from projects, workshops, and company events.
* Monitor website and social media performance and suggest improvements.
* Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms.
Business Development Support
* Support Directors with business development and company promotion.
* Assist with tender submissions, PQQs, award entries, and client presentations.
* Attend industry exhibitions, supply chain engagement events, and networking opportunities.
* Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Collaboration
* Work with operational and technical teams to promote projects and company achievements.
* Coordinate with external marketing and PR providers where required.
Key Skills & Experience
* 1+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications preferred.
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
* Interest or experience in photography, videography, and drone technology beneficial.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Qualifications
Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred, but not essential depending on experience.
