Here at Okarno, we are looking for our next Regional Account Manager

Primarily a desk-based sales role working from our office in Ruddington, this customer facing role will see you engage with customers across your agreed region & in support of the Sales & Marketing Team.

You will develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, using your ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify business opportunities and improve sales over the phone/in person.

What you will be doing:

This is a varied role with plenty of areas for you to get involved in. Some of the duties include, but not limited to:

Creating and delivering upon a call plan for a set geographic territory to assist in growing sales - recording all contact points in CRM.

Proactively building relationships and engaging with customers, making sure the customer feels supported & helping find solutions to any challenges.

Generating new business opportunities & submitting quotations to customers.

Analysing sales data and demonstrating good product knowledge to enable cross selling, up-selling and link selling as appropriate

Helping to deliver promotional campaigns in your region & providing feedback to the business.

Working closely with sales & marketing colleagues to deliver the sales growth plan for the region.
