Responsibilities
* Facilitating stimulating activities that spark imagination and support early childhood development.
* Encouraging key skills like communication, early literacy, and social interaction through play.
* Maintaining high EYFS standards as a vital part of a collaborative, expert team.
* Ensuring a safe environment by supervising play and building children's confidence.
* Providing nurturing care, including assisting with hygiene, meal times, and personal care routines.
Requirements
* Qualification: A valid Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
* Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
* Confidence: A proactive, "can-do" attitude when working with the 0-5 age group.
