The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our growing Building Information Team.This is an essential role to ensure we commission, evaluate and act on high quality technical advice from external professionals including fire engineers, architects, structural engineers, building surveyors and others. You will be a key technical lead interpreting complex information about existing buildings, buildings in development and buildings undergoing retrofit, refurbishment and regeneration and ensuring it informs building safety, asset decisions and maintains our building information standards.
On a day to day basis you will:
1. Lead the commissioning and quality assurance of technical reports from external consultants ensuring technical documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry best practice
