Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality care service in Sheffield. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a passion for delivering person-centred care and ensuring full CQC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day service operations
Lead and support care teams
Ensure CQC and regulatory compliance
Manage budgets and resources
Maintain high care standards and drive improvements
Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Manager
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
Strong leadership and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards
