Salary: £27,204 - £30,333
Join the IT Team as the IT Finance Programme Assistant, supporting the team by offering a finance and administrative service. You’ll monitor and maintain financial records, assisting with financial planning and budgeting to help with problem solving.
You’ll be assisting with administrative duties for the department and acting as the main point of contact for contacts and ensuring the maintenance of our SharePoint site.
This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring financial records for compliance and audit
* Identifying areas where savings can be made, working with stakeholders to identify budgets
* Provide advice to other IT teams and stakeholders regarding IT finance and administration
The must haves
* Experience of communicating and presenting financial information to a range of stakeholders
* Experience of prioritising, planning, scheduling and monitoring own workloads
* Ability to identify issues, trends and areas of concern
