Job Title: Support worker/Personal Assistant
Hours per week: 52 weeks per year 6 hours/ per week 5.6 weeks pro-rata Annual Leave- additional 4 hours during school holidays
Location: Dwygyfylchi area, Conwy
Rate of pay: £14.50 per hour
About me:
I am a young boy under the age of 10 who has autism and ADHD. I am mostly non-verbal and use gestures to communicate. I am looking for a friendly, caring, reliable person who will take me out into the community and help me to broaden my social activities, with some care at home if the weather isn't good. I enjoy car rides, cafes, walking, parks, swimming and going to the beach.

Task and duties, to include any or all the following:
The young person can use the bathroom but may need assistance with cleaning themselves, flushing and ensuring hands are washed.
Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.
The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references.
