Role
As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge, you will receive:
* £40000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* A compnay car (at Senior Negotiator level only)
* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge :
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
