Based at Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach, you will partner with senior leadership, venue managers, and the Talent & Culture team to attract, engage, and retain the best people in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple venues and business divisions, while driving proactive talent sourcing initiatives, improving candidate experiences, and building a strong employer brand. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business growth plans and operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
Leading the development and execution of a company-wide talent acquisition strategy
Partnering with General Managers, Venue Managers, and senior leaders to understand workforce planning requirements and future skills needs
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job design and advertising through to selection, offers, and onboarding
Driving proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pools, networking events, and industry partnerships
Coaching and supporting managers on best practice recruitment and selection processes
Analysing recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and inform decision-making
Enhancing the employer brand through creative campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach
Ensuring a consistently high level of candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
About You:
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruiter, or similar leadership role, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Demonstrated success in building and implementing talent strategies that deliver measurable results
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
A creative and innovative approach to candidate sourcing and employer branding
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and process improvement
Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
Lead recruitment across a dynamic and expanding hospitality group
