Female Support Worker
Location: Gainsborough
Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (8:00am 8:00pm & 8:00pm 8:00am)
Mainly Night Shifts with some daytime cover

Were looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Gainsborough, providing 1:1 care to a vibrant individual living with Autism, ADHD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
This individual is sociable, creative, and loves to keep active, her favourite activities include:
Attending dance classes and musicals
Arts and crafts
Singing and swimming
Walking her dog
Shopping and catching up with friends in coffee shops
Your Role:
As a Support Worker, youll play a vital role in enabling this individual to live as independently and joyfully as possible. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing consistent 1:1 person-centred care
Prompting and supporting with medication
Supporting personal hygiene and daily routines
Using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
Accompanying and assisting with activities and social outings
Helping care for her beloved pet dog
About You:
Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
Full UK Drivers Licence
Confident working independently
Experience with mental health support, particularly self-harm, is highly preferred
Background in Autism, ADHD, and supporting challenging behaviours is desirable
