Role Responsibilities
* Drive service excellence, ensuring high net promoter scores and overall service metrics.
* Build a strong clienteling mindset within the team, setting KPI targets to increase customer frequency and engagement.
* Analyse customer profiles versus competitors, using insights to elevate service and product offers.
* Co‑coach and develop the team, providing clear feedback and recognitions.
* Analyse team performance through metrics such as “Spotlight” and other key KPIs.
* Manage people statistics: probation, performance reviews, disciplinary hearings, exit interviews.
* Be accountable for recruitment, talent management and overall team experience.
* Drive commercial strategy, identifying opportunities and risks via customer data and market trends.
* Support concession growth with the concessions partnership team.
* Collaborate on visual merchandising and buying to maintain best sellers and manage stock risks.
* Embed the “Prep / Perfect / Perform” culture within the department.
* Keep the customer at the heart of decisions, optimising the clienteling tool.

* Operates effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, showing resilience and positivity.
* Uses insights, data and analysis to recommend strategies.
* Demonstrates strong collaboration skills.

* Motivates and inspires the team to meet sales targets through coaching and leading by example.
