Contentious Construction Lawyer
A leading construction disputes team is seeking a senior Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their Leeds office as a Managing Associate / Legal Director. This is a high-profile role for an experienced lawyer to lead on complex construction disputes, manage client relationships, and provide leadership within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct on contentious construction matters for a broad range of clients, including developers, landlords, tenants, and public or private sector bodiesProvide strategic advice under standard and bespoke construction contractsLead complex dispute resolution, adjudications, arbitration, and litigationSupervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and support staffContribute to business development and client relationship managementThe CandidateQualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in contentious construction lawStrong technical knowledge of construction law and dispute resolutionProven leadership and people management skillsCommercially aware, proactive, and confident in building client relationshipsBenefits & Working Pattern£80,000-£100,000 salary (dependent on experience)Exposure to high-value, complex construction disputesCareer progression and leadership opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative professional environmentTo Apply For more information or to apply, please contact Danica Whiting
