Strategic Dimensions are delighted to be partnering with Shell Foundation on an HR Business Partner opportunity.


Position: HR Business Partner


Hours: Part-time, 25 hours/week (Flexible)


Location: Hybrid (Home & Southwark office)


Accountable to: HR Director

Role Overview:

Provide HR services and advice to leaders and staff, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies. Support the HR Director in developing the Foundation’s Employee Value Proposition.


Key Responsibilities:


* Strategy: Support organization design and inclusive workplace plans.


* Employment Lifecycle: Manage talent resourcing, onboarding, and employee issues.


* Performance & Reward: Deliver pay and benefits cycle, performance management, and succession planning.


* Talent Management: Develop SF competency model and support learning and development.


* HR Operations: Manage HR systems, data governance, and compliance.


Qualifications and Experience:


* 5+ years of HR experience in a corporate context.


* Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law.


* Extensive experience supporting line managers and employees.


* Proficient in MS Office and HR/Payroll Software.


* Resourceful and resilient.


* Desirable: Charity or Not for Profit sector and international experience.
