Looking for flexible work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with unbeatable views and atmosphere? Brighton Racecourse is recruiting Catering & Hospitality staff to join our team for the 2026 racing season, running from April to October.
Race days are the core of our season and are when the majority of shifts are available. By joining the team, you’ll be part of the action at live racing events, feature days, and festivals — creating memorable experiences for thousands of guests.

Availability is confirmed in advance of each event, with staffing requirements highest on feature days, festival race days, and evening fixtures, although shifts are available across all race days.
