The Injured Jockeys Fund is a Charity whose vision and mission is to improve the lives of injured jockeys, past and present, and their families. With three rehabilitation centres and two clinical hubs now established in the UK and Scotland, we are looking for a friendly and professional HR Advisor to join our team.
The HR Advisor will take on the sole responsibility for the delivery of a full range of human resource services within the Charity, detailed but not limited to:
* HR Payroll System
* Performance Management/Career Development
* Employee Relations
* Employee Engagement
* Developing the cloud-based HR platform
In return we can offer you:
* 22 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days

Salary & Hours: £15,000 per annum based on a 15hr week. Hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
