:
A day in the Life:
1. Independently manage own workload against a published plan
2. Manage Inventory to ensure materials are available and transacted to complete assigned work
3. Own and perform scheduled activities for designated equipment, area, or function.
4. Routinely perform training of specific processes within the team
5. Complete manufacture and testing of ELISA kit components
6. Support in the manufacture of RID kit components

8. Use knowledge and skills to carry out troubleshooting and suggest mitigation measures.
9. Set and meet effective goals and create and keep deadlines
10. Proactive in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives in all aspects of work.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
11. Educated to GCSE level with a minimum 1 years relevant experience or a relevant degree.
Experience
12. Essential: Previous experience in a laboratory environment.
13. Preferred: Experience in workload management and planning is desirable
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
14. Proven documentation/communication/digital literacy
15. Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
16. Computer knowledge and use of applications such as MS Excel.
17. Practical knowledge of units of measurement and basic mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
18. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene.
19. Able to handle solutions and chemicals.
20. Essentials functions may require lifting objects up to 20 Kilograms.
21. Willing to work overtime in the short-term notice, including weekends to support department as needed.
