An exciting opportunity for an HR Transformation Manager, 2 Year FTC, within a growing, fast‑paced automotive business, you will act as the central connector for the entire HR agenda throughout the acquisition. You will manage the project end‑to‑end from due diligence through to full people integration, overseeingmunications, HR systems, payroll, T&Cs, and policy alignment. With a holistic view across all work streams, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure a smooth and well coordinated transition.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who has experience as an HR Transformation Lead who has deliveredplex change and acquisition projects in fast-paced,mercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the end‑to‑end HR work stream for the acquisition and transformation programme.
2. Lead all HR due diligence, identifying risks, gaps, and integration requirements.
3. Develop and manage a full HR project plan covering people, processes, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Oversee the smooth integration of new employees, ensuring they are supported, embedded, and culturally aligned with the organisation.
5. Act as the central point of coordination, pulling together HR,munications, Payroll, HR Systems, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
6. Lead the review and integration of T&Cs,pensation structures, policies, and contracts.
7. Oversee updates or migrations relating to HRIS and payroll systems.
8. Support the design and rollout of effectivemunication plans across all stages of the transformation.
9. Provide senior level HR expertise on organisational structure, talent, and change impacts.
10. Ensure all HR elements of the project support the organisation’s wider growth strategy and cultural ambitions.
11. Build strong relationships across the business, influencing and supporting leaders through change.
12. Report regularly on progress, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency and effective decision making.
Travel will be required 1-2 days per week at the most to Manchester. This role is a hybrid role, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

Experience Required:You must be a highly experienced HR Business Partner or HR Leader with deep experience in acquisitions, integration, and HR transformation projects from amercial background.Strong project management capability, able to manageplex programmes end to end. Exceptional stakeholder management andmunication skills. Able to take a holistic view of the project while maintaining strong attention to detail. Confident working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity. Strong understanding of HR systems, payroll, T&Cs, and due diligence processes.
