POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Enviro500 platform within our Vehicle Engineering team. This is a key leadership role with full technical ownership of the product, from concept through to delivery, and direct line management of Principal and Lead Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our product and lead a talented team in delivering innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities: (Full job description available on request)
1. Lead and manage the design and development of the Enviro500 product
2. Act as the technical authority and customer interface for the platform
3. Ensure engineering output meets project delivery and compliance standards
4. Support resource planning across live projects and cross-functional collaboration
5. Drive continuous improvement and uphold company values and processes
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
6. Extensive experience in PSV design and manufacturing
7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to manage technical risk and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes
9. Engineering degree or equivalent experience
10. Willingness to travel and collaborate across teams
