Robert Half are excited to be working with a not for profit organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner, hybrid working with various hub office locations.
They are offering a very competitive: base salary up to £45K + study package + Hybrid Working + flexi start/ finish times + onsite parking.
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Work closely with department heads and managers to align financial strategies with the overall organisational goals
2. Prepare and present financial reports to assist with business decision making.
3. Lead the budgeting process Month end journals.
4. Set realistic financial targets & Priorities
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
6. Support budget holders on finance systems and processes to develop effective budget management and controls
7. Develop improvements in models and internal processes
Desired Profile:
8. Relevant working experience in a finance function.
9. Intermediate user of Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables).
10. Good communicator with ability to engage with multiple business stakeholders
