Required as soon as possible Reference: 0455 Your role We’re looking for a Finance Manager who shares our passion for making a difference. This is more than a finance role; it’s an opportunity to help sustain and grow a charity that puts young people first. Your responsibilities lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency maintain compliance with all statutory financial regulations relevant to charities strengthen and streamline financial systems, processes and reporting to support our growth and sustainability. You will need: excellent IT skills, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making experience of payroll and pension administration. 4YP believes that all children, young people and young adults (CYP) should have somewhere safe to go, something positive to do and someone trusted to connect and journey with.
