* Lead, motivate and develop a team of mortgage advisers to exceed targets
* Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
* Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to drive results
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic goals
* Maintain your own knowledge and qualifications, staying ahead of industry changes
* Proven experience in a Mortgage Sales Manager or Team Leader role
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the UK financial services landscape
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
