How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Location: Energas, Cambridge
Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday (including off-the-job training)
Salary: £20,000 p/a
Our Apprenticeship program offers both face-to-face and virtual training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge. You will shadow a role model throughout your apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience.
You will be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognized qualification by the end of your apprenticeship with Air Liquide. The program includes college funded by the business and on-the-job training with experienced team members. You will be assigned a buddy and assessor for guidance.
We are seeking a Retail Operations Apprentice to learn alongside the Branch Operations Manager, assisting in planning, directing, and coordinating depot operations safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
* Focus on delivering excellent customer service
* Enhance customer satisfaction through enthusiasm and passion
* Coordinate activities related to production, sales, or distribution
* Review performance data to identify areas for improvement
* Assist in staff management and scheduling
* Drive employee engagement and team spirit
* Support sales team in achieving targets
* Ensure cash safety and proper cash handling
* Operate within the company's quality assurance standards
