Job Description
* Conduct property valuations in line with RICS Red Book standards.
* Prepare detailed valuation reports for a range of property types.
* Provide landlord and tenant advisory services, including lease renewals and rent reviews and lease restructuring.
* Analyse and interpret property market data to support valuation work.
* Advise on property investment opportunities and risks.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated property solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this MRICS Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor job should have:
* MRICS qualification with experience of valuation and landlord-tenant matters or working towards APC.
* Strong knowledge of the property industry and relevant legislation and market trends.
* Proven experience in conducting property valuations and lease negotiations.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
