Main Responsibilities:

* Engaging confidently and professionally with guests at all times
* Ensuring all check-in and check-out processes are completed
* Processing payments, including room charges, cash, and debit/credit transactions
* Communicating effectively with departments regarding guest requests
* Providing helpful information and recommendations to guests
