General Manager – Leisure Centre Location: Oxford Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Benefits We are recruiting an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a large, community-focused leisure centre in Oxford. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role within a live operational environment, offering full accountability for health & safety, compliance, service delivery, team leadership, and commercial performance against contractual KPIs.
