You’re reviewing learner data, spotting where performance can be lifted, and working with your delivery team to put new quality measures in place. Later that week, you’re meeting employers to make sure programmes align with industry demand and ensuring learners are fully prepared for success. As Head of Training and Education, you set the standard that everyone else follows. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, and other funded training programmes. You’ll lead a delivery team, drive quality improvement, and make sure every learner has the best possible experience, while ensuring provision meets both employer needs and inspection frameworks.
