This role, for a commercially strong Business Development Director, will be responsible for the management of strategic and operational sales and business development activities in respect of the South East & London region. You will be responsible for driving sales activity and business growth, originating new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. As a Business Development Director, your responsibilities will include, among others
* Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region
* Identify and research target clients in the region to drive pipeline development and conversion
* Manage and drive the sales process to convert prospects into new clients
* Meet with prospects regularly and use this interaction to improve the firm's brand, relationships and identify opportunities
* Work with relevant teams and partners in the region to develop winning proposals that speaks to the client's needs and objectives
* Manage sales information including conversion rates, key targets, pipeline management, KPIs and trend information
