The Opportunity
As an Approved Electrician, you’ll be part of our expanding team delivering electrical engineering services within the Water Industry throughout East Anglia. Based at our Bury St Edmunds business, the role involves providing high‑quality services to clients across the East of England.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Work directly from drawings and scopes of work to deliver installations to a high standard.
* Carry out commercial and industrial electrical projects, demonstrating strong client‑facing skills.
* Contribute to meeting customer targets and deadlines, including occasional overtime as required.
* Flexibility to work away from home for periods, depending on project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
* A time‑served electrical apprenticeship
* A full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of testing and inspection to 18th Edition BS7671 is advantageous
* Demonstrates leadership in health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
* Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Works independently and collaboratively within a team
* Shows enthusiasm and expertise in electrical systems
* Brings hands‑on experience in electrical installations
