Key Requirements:
• Demonstrated track record of delivery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Engineering Qualification – HNC/ HND
• CAD proficient
• Good organizational skills capable of working under pressure to time constraints
• Experience in a production engineering environment
What You’ll Do:
* Creates and provide solutions such as tooling, equipment, specifications and training for manufacturing to enable a stable production schedule
* Interface with business leadership, customers, and suppliers to ensure on time execution of activities to meet business needs
* Design and implement production improvements within manufacturing to reduce costs and improve lead times
* Attending design reviews and identifying production issues that require solving
* Support manufacturing to enable adequate equipment and tooling are available as requested
* Provide innovative health and safety solutions
* Attend Lean events, process improvement events to improve the business
