Job Description
3. Manage the company's payroll system and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions.
4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
5. Prepare and submit paperwork for new employees.
6. Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefit queries.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
8. Compile reports on payroll matters.
9. Administer benefit plans.
10. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
11. A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
12. Experience using ADP software is desirable.
13. An excellent ability to handle numerical data.
14. Strong communication skills to resolve payroll and benefit queries.
15. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
