You're someone who truly enjoys providing a good customer experience.
Working alongside a customer success manager, you'll both thrive in building long term relationships by owning the day to day communication of existing customers.
You'll do this by being proactive, curious and a genuine desire to help solve (and prevent) problems.
When onboarding new customers, you'll (overtime) lead the meetings and support with onboarding and training of their SaaS product.
Ideally you'll have worked in a customer success, or similar, role for at least 12 months because you will need to have the ability to plan ahead and manage pipeline.
