The successful candidate will be: *An exemplary teaching assistant with a recent proven record of supporting and tracking progress. *Experienced in supporting pupils who have complex needs, including communication, cognition and learning difficulties. *Aware of interventions to support children in acquiring new knowledge and skills. Evidence of effectiveness would be desirable. *Have the ability to manage behavioural challenges and promote positivity. *Have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues, adding a fresh dimension to a talented team.
