Description
* Prepare and manage accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and analysis.
* Monitor and control financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* CIMA/ACCA qualified (recently qualified in industry preferred)
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
