Registered Veterinary Nurse - Full time - Seadown Veterinary Hospital
Seadown Veterinary Hospital in the New Forest, Hampshire, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
We are expanding our Veterinary Nurse team with both full-time and part-time positions available at our hospital located on the edge of the New Forest National Park.
Our hospital is RCVS accredited and serves as a small animal hospital and equine clinic, with a large, experienced, and friendly team. We actively support and encourage further study and career development. Our practice offers small animal referral services in ophthalmology and orthopaedics, and is well-equipped with DR x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, ventilator, endoscopic and laparoscopic facilities, along with several multi-parameter monitors and an in-house laboratory, ensuring high-quality care for our patients and clients.
The practice provides its own out-of-hours service, offering 24/7 emergency veterinary care for our clients.
We promote flexible working hours, and our head nurses Ali and Laura are happy to discuss hours that suit your work/life balance.
We encourage our team to pursue areas of interest such as ECC, theatre, nurse clinics, Schedule 3 procedures, or inpatient care, and to contribute to a variety of nursing roles and shifts. An interest in equine care can be accommodated but is not essential.
