Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hire Controller, located in Widnes. The Hire Controller will be responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, coordinating equipment delivery and returns, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks will include processing contracts, ensuring the availability of equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The Hire Controller will also handle administrative duties, support depot operations, and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications

* Administrative skills, including Record-Keeping and Data Entry
* Organizational and Time Management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Experience in equipment hire or related industry is a plus
* Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
* Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
