This position is an opportunity to join a thriving and reputable house building company commited to quality, innovation and growth. Were seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee the new build housing developments from pre-construction through to final accounts.
Requirements:
Proficient in relevant software (e.g. COINS, Excel,etc.)
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within residential house building
Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
