Citizens Advice Surrey Heath (CA-SH) is an independent charity providing free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues. We are part of a national network but operate as a local organisation, delivering services tailored to our community’s specific needs. We also act as “the people’s champion” by helping individuals find their way forward and by speaking up to improve systems for everyone.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interim Chief Officer to lead our team in Camberley. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a vital community service, working closely with our Trustee Board to deliver high-quality, confidential advice to those who need it most.
About The Role
As Chief Officer, you will be the face and voice of CA-SH. Reporting to the Chair of the Trustee Board, you will take on a pivotal role in leading our mission and driving our strategic priorities.
Your main focus will be on external relationships and income development. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our funders and the wider Surrey Heath community. A key priority for the coming year will be to grow and diversify our income base by securing new projects, writing funding applications, and exploring new partnerships.
