Engineering ManagerWe are recruiting an experienced Engineering Manager to join the Innovation & NPD function of a well-established engineering business delivering bespoke machinery and automated solutions to major blue-chip clients. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an Engineering Manager who enjoys combining hands-on technical oversight with team leadership, playing a key role in the delivery of innovative products from concept through to manufacture. The Role as an Engineering Manager:As Engineering Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of engineering design projects, ensuring technical excellence, commercial awareness, and on-time delivery. You will lead and develop a team of engineers while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products and improvements to market.
