Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized physical therapy services aligned with students' IEPs and transition goals.
* Evaluate motor skills, balance, mobility, posture, and functional movement needs.
* Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving physical function in the educational setting.
* Collaborate with teachers, occupational and speech therapists, and families for prehensive student support.
* Assist in the transition planning for students approaching age 22, focusing on vocational readiness.
* Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in pliance with state and district policies.
* Actively participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning.
