The Mission We are discreetly sourcing exceptional acute-care nursing talent to deliver uncompromising 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This highly exclusive deployment represents a definitive step away from the traditional, high-stress hospital ward and into the absolute pinnacle of luxury concierge healthcare. You will safeguard the principal’s well-being aboard a magnificent superyacht, charting a completely fresh course through some of the Mediterranean's most spectacular and exclusive anchorages, including Positano, Milos, Fethiye, the Kornati Archipelago, and Syracuse.

The Team World-class medical care relies on flawless collaboration and absolute clinical trust. You will operate as a crucial element of a highly sophisticated, multidisciplinary private medical unit. The clinical strategy and onboard operations are overseen by a highly esteemed Lead British Doctor, and you will work in absolute synergy with dedicated Physiotherapists and an exclusive cadre of elite, Western-trained nursing professionals.

The Safety Uncompromising clinical safety and staff well-being are the absolute cornerstones of our operation. To guarantee optimal patient care and completely eliminate clinical fatigue, this maritime medical unit runs strictly on a double-nurse shift system. This mandatory protocol ensures you are always partnered with a highly skilled clinical peer, providing vital case support and flawless emergency response readiness at all hours.




Requirements

The Requirements Due to the demanding and elite nature of this bespoke deployment, candidates must meet the following uncompromising criteria:

* Academic Credentials: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

* Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to high-acuity ICU, ER, or A&E environments).

* Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency to ensure precise clinical handovers and seamless integration with the VIP and estate team.
