Job Overview
As a Projects Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely processing of customer orders, quotes, and dealing with any potential customer complaints as they come through. In addition, you will also be involved in the full sales processing cycle from start to end, using accurate and efficient communication with Account Managers to ensure that all customer requirements and expectations are met.
Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely processing of customer PO's (purchase orders), sales orders and quotation orders onto the system
* Respond to progressing requests from customers and account managers
* Proactive management of workload to ensure deadlines are met
* Management of specified key accounts from quotations to increasing turnover/profit
* Work with internal departments to arrange deliveries and deployments
* Work with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
* Acknowledge, review and investigate customer complaints
* Work to achieve set KPI's
* Act as final check point of document packs prior to release
Key Competencies and Qualifications
* Excellent communicator (written, verbal and listening)
* Effective time management/organisational skills
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Strong commercial judgement
* Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
* Ability to build and maintain trusted and effective client relationships
* GCSE's or equivalent A – C in Mathematics and English
* Relevant experience within similar role or industry, with transferable skills
* Experience of key account management
