Overview

Dispute Resolution Co-ordinator role at Speedy Hire. Location: Haydock. Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.


Responsibilities

In this role as a Dispute Resolution Co-ordinator, your days will be spent liaising with customers via telephone and email, taking end to end ownership of their requests and working in partnership with the wider Speedy network, to ensure the dispute can be resolved efficiently and with great service.
