Electrical Engineer - Commercial (PPM & Testing)
Locations:
Milton Keynes / Luton / Hitchin
We are currently seeking fully qualified Electrical Engineers to support ongoing PPM, testing, and remedial works across commercial sites for CGE.
Salary & Benefits
1. £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
2. O/T paid after 50+ hours per week
3. 1.25x Monday-Friday
4. 1.5x weekends
5. 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
6. Birthday extra day off
7. Company van + Fuel card provided
8. All equipment supplied
(Megger tester, SDS & combi drills, etc. - engineers to supply own hand tools)
Working Hours
9. 45 hours per week
10. Travel to site may be 1-1.5 hours
11. First 30 minutes travel to site and 30 minutes return are unpaid
Key Responsibilities
12. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
13. Commercial EICR testing
14. Completion of remedial works
15. Working on 3-phase installations
16. Ensuring all works comply with current regulations and standards
Essential Requirements
17. Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer
18. NVQ Level 3
19. 2391 Inspection & Testing
20. AM2
21. 18th Edition
22. Proven experience in commercial environments
Desirable (Not Essential)
23. Railway experience
