Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands.

Main duties
As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:
1. Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
2. Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
3. Lead CP conferences
4. Lead reflective and group supervision with the team

Key requirements
If you are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience within children and family services, then we want to hear from you. To be considered for this role you must be:
9. Registered with SWE
10. Experienced working within children and family services as a social worker
11. Eligible to work in the UK
12. A UK driving licence holder
