We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Children, Young People, and Families Worker to join our team. As a Children, Young People, and Families Worker, you will work alongside a team of professionals to provide support to young people and families affected by drug and alcohol use. You will be responsible for delivering a range of interventions, including one-to-one support, group work, and educational sessions.
