Responsibilities
* Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Connect with stakeholders and end-users to gather business needs, then translate them into technical specifications and user stories for AWS development.
* Technical Solution Design: Design and recommend technical solutions that leverage AWS services to solve business challenges, ensuring they align with business objectives and scalability.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize AWS data services and analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, creating dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
* Support & Integration: Support the integration of new applications, software, and processes with existing AWS infrastructure and services.
* Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
* System Monitoring & Support: Monitor the health and performance of AWS-based data sources and pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process flows, technical specifications, and solution designs for knowledge transfer and future reference.
* Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and implement technical solutions and automations on AWS to improve operational efficiency and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly in data storage, processing, and analytics (e.g., S3, EC2, Redshift, Glue, Lambda).
* Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, data manipulation tools, and data visualization techniques.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and derive data-driven insights and solutions.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes and goals to effectively map requirements to technical solutions.
* Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments, thriving on ambiguity and tackling unstructured problems.
