This lovely family residing in Wandsworth, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to take care of their toddler and school-aged child. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children is a must. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (school term time). Potentially more hours during school holidays. Occasionally babysitting required.
Duties include:
* Picking children up from school and transporting them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments.
* Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
* Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
* Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
* Putting children to bed.
* Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
* Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
* Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
* Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
* Children’s laundry.
* Tidying and rotating toys.
* Cleaning eating areas, wiping down surfaces.
* Keeping children’s play areas tidy.
* Cooking: Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
