Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage store operations, ensuring coverage during all shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Analyze store data and observations to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Manage staffing through forecasting and recruitment, fostering a diverse and talented team.
4. Implement new initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results.
5. Develop and support partners through coaching, performance management, and relationship building.
6. Set goals to enhance engagement and partner performance.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality is essential. Ability to understand market dynamics, competition, and identify growth opportunities.
